How to complete your ID card order:

  1. Address and stamp an envelope to our offices:

  2. Enclose order form(s) and photo(s) with name and date of birth on rear in biro.

  3. For return of card(s) enclose your name and address on a stamped envelope - if ordering from outside the UK no stamp is required.
  4. Place payment in your return envelope but do not seal. Payment accepted in: Cash (no coins), UK postal order or cheque (with name and address on rear) made payable to LSL. €uro, AU$ and CA$ and NZ$ payments accepted in cash OR cheque when made out in UK£ payable to LSL.
  5. Read order notes and pre-post check list (below) then seal envelope and post.

Order notes: If using a SPECIAL OFFER include a brief note and each person's form and photo with just one return envelope. Special delivery services and postal orders are available from your post office. Sorry, we do not accept orders via courier such as FedEx and DHL.

Checklist before posting:

Your name and address on a stamped envelope (required for return of card).
Correct Payment (no coins) placed in your "unsealed" return envelope.
Order form(s) + Passport Photo(s) with name and DOB on the rear.
